During my early childhood, I was diagnosed with ADHD. A condition I was able to overcome until my 20s. But after the proliferation of social media sites, mobile apps, and advanced content recommendation algorithms, my ADHD symptoms started to make a comeback. In this short solo round, I talk about my struggles with procrastination, and how digital minimalism and meditation have helped me take a stand against the distracted mind.
